Do you remember the first time you learned about Women's Center or, the first time you stopped by our space of attended an event? We hear often from our community members who share with us the first time they connected with the Women's Center and what that moment meant to them. We love hearing those stories and we're eager to begin creating new memories and experiences for those who have yet to come through our doors!
We're inviting staff and faculty to (re)connect with the Women's Center before the fall semester begins. Maybe you were pretty new to campus before we began remote work and you don't remember where we're located? Or maybe you started your time at UMBC from your satellite home office and are eager to see our space for the first time. For our seasoned community members, we want to welcome you back home! Join us on Wednesday, August 18th anytime before 12-2pm for this drop-in open house.
There will be no formal presentation during this time. This is truly just a time you can catch up with Women's Center staff to learn about our programming and support services and what you can expect from us during the fall semester. Get resources for yourself or brush up on all the ways you can share our resources with students and other colleagues.
