Description

In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, join the Women's Center on Commons Main Street on Thursday, April 18th and let's take back the night!!

Events and activities include: 
-The Survivor Speak Out (begins by 6:15pm)
-Campus March Against Sexual Violence
-The Clothesline Project
-Community Resource Fair and Craftivism (including the opportunity to make Clothesline Project t-shirts, Dear Survivor letters, and self-care takeaways) and We Believe You discussion group hosted in the Women's Center post-march. 


There is limited seating for the speak-out. We recommend you arrive early. As seating fills up, we encourage you to make your way up to the balcony area on the 2nd floor of The Commons.

UMBC students who identify as survivors are invited to speak at the speak-out forum. You can contact the Women's Center for more details, but you do not have to sign up in advanced to speak at the forum.
