Description

Workshop Wednesdays w/ i3b are monthly opportunities for faculty, staff, graduate students and adult learners to engage around social justice topics that can support their personal growth and professional development. All sessions are interactive, and designed for skill-building and practice.

Session Focus: Tools for Navigating Difficult Dialogue - This session is an opportunity to learn and practice approaches to navigating difficult dialogues. With tools from Intercultural Dialogue, Crucial Accountability, Courageous Conversations, and Restorative Practices frameworks, participants will engage with different methods that support generous listening, speaking truth to power, and moving from dialogue to action. This session will be particularly useful for individuals concerned about navigating difficult dialogues in staff meetings, at the family dinner table, and in virtual spaces.
