Q: How long have you been at UMBC?

A: 7 years

Q: What is your current title (job or student organization position)?

A: Coordinator, Event Planning & Conference Services

Q: In 12 words or less, what role(s) do you play on campus? 

A: The coordination of all non-academic events held on campus. This includes student orgs, departments and external clients

Q: What aspect of your UMBC role(s) do you enjoy most?

A: The people.  This place is like being part of a large extended family and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Q: What is the most important or memorable thing you learned in college/have learned at UMBC?

A: That life is short and you need to enjoy every moment.

Q: Do you have any UMBC stories, little-known facts about UMBC, favorite spots on campus, or anything else you’d like to share?

A: When I started at UMBC, there were approximately 80 student organizations and now there are over 150.  It is a sign that student life at UMBC is expanding and everyone wants to get involved.
