Q: How long have you been at UMBC?
A: 3 years!
Q: In 12 words or less, what role(s) do you play on campus?
Q: What aspect of your UMBC role(s) do you enjoy most?
A: Be kind and honest.
Also, always carry a sweater because the air conditioning works a little too well!
Q: What is one way you have worked with others to make a positive difference at UMBC or in another community?
A: In the 2014-2015 academic year my colleagues and I helped connect over 1000 UMBC students to service-learning opportunities. This means that UMBC students contributed over 30,000 hours to 88 non-profit, community based organization and Pre-K12 schools. This also means that UMBC students contributed over $712,000 of non-compensated work to our community partners and community through our service-learning programs!

A: Connect the campus to the community through Service-Learning experiences.
Q: What aspect of your UMBC role(s) do you enjoy most?
A: I love that I am able to work with a great mix students, faculty, staff and community partners on a daily basis. It feels great to be able to say that every day is going to be a little bit different and that I will learn something new each day.
Q: What is the most important or memorable thing you learned in college/have learned at UMBC?
