As Caroline Zellhofer told us in record time, this is a detail from a poster in the AOK Library leisure reading room. The poster depicts Robert Louis Stevenson's The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. And the creature in the jar? That's Mr. Hyde, corked up for the moment.
