Goals for a New Semester

by Craig Berger

As someone who identifies as an INFP (Myers-Briggs personality type), I find new starts to be inspiring. When I see a large chunk of uncommitted time in front of me, along with a relatively blank calendar, I immediately think of what could be, and my brain automatically begins forming ideas.

Now that the new semester is upon us, I've begun that process of mentally sorting through possible projects, ideas for blog posts, and connections with new people. This brainstorming has led me to identify some goals I'm working toward this semester:
  1. Write an article to submit for publication
  2. Assist Election Board members in creating the opportunity for UMBC undergraduate students to break another voting record in April's SGA Election
  3. Engage in physical activity at least four times a week
  4. Read five books before the end of the academic year
What about you? What are some goals you have for this semester?
