Q: How long have you been at UMBC?
A: 3 years
Q: What is your current title (job or student organization position)?
A: I am President of the Pakistani Students Association, Network Engineer Intern at Eagle Alliance, Public Relations officer of the IS Council of Majors, R3k Teamator, MSA member, Consultant at the Tech Support Center, Co-founder of the National Pakistani Student Association, and civic engagement supporter!
Q: In 12 words or less, what role(s) do you play on campus?
A: Communicating the importance of involvement while helping students have positive experiences.
Q: What aspect of your UMBC role(s) do you enjoy most?
A: UMBC is a very diverse community so through all of my roles, I really enjoyed getting the chance to connect with others. I’ve met over 600 people in the 3 years that I’ve been here and I believe that every single person has taught me something valuable. It’s amazing how much I’ve learned, just by listening to peoples’ stories and experiences.
Q: What is the most important or memorable thing you learned in college/have learned at UMBC?
A: With my undergraduate career coming to an end, I can confidently say that UMBC has taught me to push myself beyond any limits I think I have, because with a plan and the drive for it, anything’s possible.

A: Mangoes and positivity.
Q: Do you have any UMBC stories, little-known facts about UMBC, favorite spots on campus, or anything else you’d like to share?
A: I really just want to thank everyone for making my life at UMBC as enriching as it was.
OH! and that time I got to light the homecoming bonfire freshman year was magnificent.
