UMBC Problems & UMBC Solutions

This tweet from UMBC student Caitlin Bozman caught my eye last week:

I really like what she's done here: pairing what she sees as a UMBC problem with a solution to that problem. That's a public service. It feels a lot less futile, and more responsible, than just venting frustration.  Caitlin might find that she has more company in the Dunkin Donuts line, but she probably made some people's days a little brighter.

I'll bet other UMBC people have found some great solutions to other problems (or challenges, or inconveniences) too.  So why not share them?  Let's crowdsource this; we're all problem-solvers.  What do you do that makes UMBC work a little better for you?
