Register to Vote in 2012 Presidential Primary

Maryland's 2012 presidential primary election will take place on April 3rd.  Early voting will be possible from March 24th-29th.  Use the links below to register or request an absentee ballot.  In addition to voting on prospective nominees for President of the United States, voters will choose nominees for the U.S. House of Representatives and, in Maryland, for U.S. Senator.

Maryland Voter Registration Application Form (last day to register in Maryland before the primary election is Tuesday, March 13, 2012.  If you want a paper copy of this form, you can pick one up in the Office of Student Life, Commons 336).

If you're a student from out of state wondering whether you can register to vote in Maryland, here's some information for you.

Maryland Absentee Ballot Request Form (must be received by the State Board of Elections by Tuesday, March 27, 2012 if you want to vote by absentee ballot in the primary election).

National Voter Registration Form (if your state of residence is not Maryland, use this form. Special rules apply for residents of New Hampshire, North Dakota and Wyoming; be sure to check your state election web sites, using the link below).
