Description

This event was originally scheduled in October in honor of LGBTQ History Month and in celebration of this month's International Pronouns Day but since this is an evergreen topic, it's been rescheduled for Nov 16th! Join the Women's Center as we host an Instagram Live Conversation with Ever Hanna (they/them/theirs) from the Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI).

Join Women's Center director, Jess Myers (she/her/hers) for a fun and engaging conversation about UMBC's Self-Service Social Identifiers Selection Process which was just launched at the start of the semester. Did you know students can share their chosen name, pronouns, gender identity, and LGBTQ+ identity with UMBC??! We're talking about this exciting new opportunity - how did it happen and why does it matter. Also, this is a great chance to get to know Ever Hanna, OEI's case manager and trainer better!

Catch us on Instagram (@womencenterumbc and/or @UMBClife) at 12pm on Monday, November 16th at 12pm.
