Description

This program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to refresh and renew through culturally responsive self-care and wellness activities and is hosted by UMBC community members and beyond. 

Conversations regarding identity, social-justice, and equity are not easy. This session will be provide a basic tool kit of best practices on the healing process after a difficult politically-based dialogue that may not end well with a family, friend, or loved one. All undergrads, grads, staff, faculty, and alumni are encouraged to attend!
