Please join us for a FREE two-part workshop with SNAP! affiliated artist Sheila Gaskins (playwright/director of “Last House Standing”) along with SNAP! “seed ensemble” members. This day will be designed for residents/neighbors/"everyday people" like you!  You may also be curious about what civic arts practices can do for Northwood and our city!! Space is limited.

Part I (10:00am -- 12:30pm)

A Story Circle: Let’s get to know one another while sharing stories of home, neighborhood and belonging to community. Come spend your morning and share a 2-3 minute story with your neighbors in the restorative power of small group circles.

Lunch (12:30 — 1:30pm)
A light lunch will be offered to folks who participated Part I and those staying through!

Part II (1:30 - 4:00pm)

Sculpting Images: Theatre Action Group (TAG) and Seed ensemble members will walk us through a playful activation of our stories using Image Theatre (designed for Non-actors).

How to Participate: You can choose to participate in Part I ONLY. And/or do Part I AND Part II which will find participants continuing to turn “stories” into Images for an even more transformational day with other "lovers of community." REGISTER HERE!
