Description

Dear UMBC Undergrads, UMBC Graduate Students, UMBC Staff, and Alumni

If you, your family or friends, are interested in learning more about applying to graduate school, please join us for the Summer Horizons program on Wednesday, July 9, 2014. We will discuss the admissions process, the graduate school application, provide tips for success from current graduate students, and have a motivational talk by President Hrabowski.

This program is free, but you/your guests must register. Please do the following:

1) Click "I can attend" here so that we'll know how many people from UMBC will attend.

2) Go to this website where you can fill out the official registration form:

If the person does not go to UMBC, then #1 above does not apply. We will have several participants who will be visiting campus from around the country for this event.

Please note that ALL participants (UMBC community *and* external guests) must go to the website and register via the registration form, i.e., #2 above.

We will serve breakfast and lunch. We hope that this program will provide a great service for our university community. Please spread the word.

Kind regards,
Renetta G. Tull, Ph.D.
Associate Vice Provost for Graduate Student Development & Postdoctoral Affairs

This program is co-sponsored by PROMISE: Maryland's AGEP, The Meyerhoff Graduate Fellows program, and The Graduate Student Development Unit at UMBC.
