Dr. Deluty joins us again! It is our great pleasure to announce that for the fourth year in a row, Dr. Robert Deluty has accepted an invitation to talk with graduate students about "Life/Work Balance." Dr. Deluty has a clinical psychology practice and has been a professor of psychology for over 30 years. In addition to being a professor, Dr. Deluty is the Associate Dean of the Graduate School and a prolific poet.  He is the author of 45 books of poetry and prose.  Dr. Deluty's style is warm and humorous!  You will enjoy this workshop that will be filled with sage advice, laughter, and encouragement as you plan to start your semester.

Comments from the past include:

"I was really nervous, but I felt so much better after hearing Dr. Deluty."

"I was stressing myself out, I'm glad that I came to the seminar."

"I've heard Dr. Deluty before, but it's good to come again for a refresher. We all need to hear more of this."

Join us for lunch and a great seminar.  Dr. Deluty graciously gives of his time to meet with students at the end of the seminar. You may register for this lunch seminar regardless of your participation in the Teaching/Learning - TA Training workshop:
If you are participating in the TA workshop (link above) and are interested in attending both events, please register for both the workshop and the lunch.
Both activities will be held in Lecture Hall V in the Engineering Building.
