Some of the responsibilities for this position are:
- Teaching 18 credits (normally) in the Department of Humanistic Studies (3:3 load)
- Teaching multilevel ESL courses
- Teaching department’s first year requirement
- Teaching upper division electives in the liberal arts that co-enroll language learners and domestic students (as required)
- ESL curriculum development and assessment
- Assessment and placement of incoming ESL students
- Support of per class ESL faculty
