Description
LGBTQ students overcome incredible odds to succeed and make a difference at UMBC. This ceremony is in recognition of them, and in recognition of all the allied staff, faculty, offices, departments, and programs that work to support them.
Graduating LGBTQ seniors will be recognized and receive rainbow honor cords. Award categories will encompass student, staff, faculty, department, and programmatic efforts, and will include recognition for LGBTQ individuals as well as allies to the campus community.
