Women and Gender in Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Comics
Interdisciplinary conference being held this May on the Camden campus
of Rutgers University - "Buffy to Batgirl: Women and Gender in Science Fiction, Fantasy, and
Comics."
We invite paper or panel submissions on any aspect of female representation in science fiction and fantasy books, television shows, films, and comics. The conference is open to faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students, although we ask that undergraduate students submit the name of a faculty mentor who will assist them in developing their presentation.
