Cedric Herring (firstname.lastname@example.org) is Professor and Director of the Language, Literacy, and Culture PhD Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He publishes on topics such as workplace diversity, race and public policy, stratification and inequality, and jobs and economic development. He has published eight books and more than 75 scholarly articles and chapters. His most recent book is entitled Diversity in Organizations: A Critical Examination. He has received support for his research from the National Science Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the MacArthur Foundation, the Joyce Foundation, and others.
